1. Who processes the data
The personal data operator is GreenTech Solutions LLP, BIN 000000000000, address: 1 Primernaya St., office 100, Astana. Below it is called "we".
We process data under Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 "On Personal Data and Their Protection".
2. What data we receive
We receive only the data you leave in the forms on the site yourself:
- your name;
- the company name;
- your phone number and email address;
- details of the project: the regulator, the stage, the timing and a description of the task.
The site does not ask for bank card details or identity documents.
When you open the site, the server receives technical details: the IP address, the browser type and the time of the request. They are needed to run and protect the site.
At present the site uses no traffic counters and no advertising cookies. If we add them, this policy will be updated.
3. Why we need the data
We need the data from the forms in order to:
- contact you and clarify the task;
- review the requirements for the system and prepare a proposal;
- correspond and negotiate about the project.
We do not use the data for mailings you have not agreed to.
4. On what basis we process the data
The basis is your consent. You give it when you send a form on the site.
You can withdraw the consent at any time by writing to info@greentechnologies.kz. After that we stop the processing and delete the data, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
5. Who we share the data with
We do not sell the data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
Only those of our employees who need the data to work on your request have access to it.
The data is stored on servers in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The hosting provider works under a contract with us and is bound by confidentiality.
We pass data to state bodies only when the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan requires it.
6. How long we keep the data
We keep the data while we work on your request and for no more than three years after your last contact. If you withdraw the consent earlier, we delete the data earlier.
7. How we protect the data
Access to the data is restricted, data from the site is sent over a secure connection, and our employees are bound by confidentiality.
8. Your rights
You can:
- find out what data of yours we hold;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- withdraw your consent to the processing;
- contact the authorised body for personal data protection if you believe your rights have been violated.
