1. What these terms are about
The terms are concluded between GreenTech Solutions LLP, BIN 000000000000 (below "we"), and any visitor to the site (below "you"). They describe how the site and its materials may be used.
If you do not agree with these rules, please do not use the site.
2. What the site contains
The site describes our services in building IT systems for financial companies and lets you send a request for a requirements review.
The materials on the site are for information only and are not a public offer. The scope, the timeline and the price are fixed only in a contract.
We do not advise on licensing or regulation. Information about regulators' requirements is given on the site for general understanding and does not replace legal advice.
The delay calculator works out approximate amounts from the numbers you enter. Its result is not a financial calculation or an offer.
3. Requests
By sending a form you confirm that the details are accurate and that you have the right to share them.
A request does not oblige either you or us to sign a contract. We carry out the requirements review for a request free of charge.
How we handle the data from the forms is described in the privacy policy.
4. Rights to the materials
The texts, the design, the diagrams and other materials on the site belong to us or are used with the permission of the rights holders.
The materials may be quoted with a link to the site. Copying them in full or using them for commercial purposes without our written consent is not allowed.
5. What is not allowed
When using the site you must not:
- interfere with the site or try to gain access to restricted data;
- send advertising, malicious files or other people's personal data through the forms without their consent;
- pose as another person or another company.
6. Liability
We try to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site works without interruptions.
We are not responsible for decisions you make relying only on the materials of the site, without a contract with us.

The terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
We try to settle disputes by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by the court at our location, unless the law provides otherwise.
