How we work

The work goes through four stages, and each one ends with a result you get in hand. Requirements go in at one end, and a system ready for inspection comes out at the other.

  1. Stage 12 weeks

    Requirements gathering

We work out what the regulator expects from the system and how your business runs. This is free, and at the end you get a proposal with the scope, timeline and price.

What we do at this stage
    • Studying regulator requirements
    • Understanding your business
    • Estimating time and cost
    • Sending the proposal
What we need from youOn a call you tell us about the business and the licence you are applying for.
You getA proposal with the scope, timeline and price
  2. Stage 22-4 weeks

    Implementation planning

We break the regulator's requirements into clear tasks for developers and decide the order to do them in. Grey areas are discussed with your compliance and legal teams.

What we do at this stage
    • Writing documentation
    • Setting tasks for developers
    • Aligning with compliance
    • Agreeing the demo schedule
What we need from youYour compliance and legal teams discuss the grey areas with us, and you approve the demo schedule.

  3. Stage 32-4 months

    Development and rollout

We build the system on our ready-made core and roll it out on your side. We show finished parts as we go, and you decide how often.

What we do at this stage
    • Building on our core
    • Connecting providers
    • Setting up fees and reconciliation
    • Showing finished parts
What we need from youYou look at the finished parts at demos and tell us what to adjust.

  4. Stage 42-3 weeks

    System handover

We hand over a system that is ready for regulatory inspection. The whole journey usually takes 3 to 6 months.

What we do at this stage
    • Preparing for inspection
    • Handing the system over
    • Passing on the documentation
    • Staying on for support
What we need from youYou accept the system and the documentation.

Four stages, and the system is ready for inspection.

Month 6 The system is ready for inspection
  • We review regulator requirements before development starts.
  • Our systems passed NBK and AFSA checks without changes.
  • The price is fixed in the contract, and you pay for the result.
Who is responsible for what

We are responsible for the system that the regulator reviews together with your application. Your compliance and legal teams handle the application and the documents for the regulator, and we work alongside them and check in with you at every stage.

Common questions about the work

We already have our own developers

Let them stay, there is enough work for them. We take on the hardest part and build the system to the regulator's requirements, and it is easy to develop further, because new services are connected as separate modules.

Who handles the application to the regulator?

Your compliance and legal teams handle the application. We are responsible for the system and speak the same language as they do.

How do we keep track of the work?

While development is under way, we show finished parts on the schedule you approved. After launch everything is visible in logs and metrics.

What happens after launch?

We can stay on for support. If you need a new provider or service, we connect it as a separate module.
